About

I'm Mina, a graphic designer and illustrator based in New York City.
My style is a mixture of vintage aesthetics and clean minimalism.

Mina!
A graduate of the University of North Carolina (go Tar Heels!), I'm currently a designer for The Daily, the interactive mobile-device publication by News Corporation. Previous places I've worked for include Morehead Planetarium and Science Center and National Geographic magazine, where a published piece would win two awards, including a Malofiej bronze medal.

My traditional fine arts background not only shows through my designs and illustrations, but also in my video and animation work, which were screened at multiple North Carolina film festivals and the winner of a "best in animation" award.

I am currently available for freelance projects.
